1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Xunami Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the service.
2. Use of Service
You agree to use our platform solely for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Data Collection
We collect your personal information such as your name, email address, and company name to provide our services. By using Xunami Studio, you agree that we may use this information as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. User Content
You retain your rights to any content you submit or create using our services. By submitting content, you grant us a license to host, use, and process that content in order to provide our services.
5. Fair Housing and Your Marketing
Xunami flags language in the copy it writes, and in copy you edit, that may raise Fair Housing concerns, and suggests alternatives. This is a helpful check, not legal review, and it does not guarantee that any description, caption, script, video or page complies with the Fair Housing Act or any other law, regulation or MLS rule. You are responsible for reviewing and approving everything you publish, and you always have the final word.
6. AI-Generated and Altered Media
The Cinematic Video and Photo Studio use AI to create camera movement, virtual staging and other edits from your photos. Xunami labels virtually staged rooms and adds a disclosure line to AI-enhanced video, but AI-generated media can suggest space, finishes, furnishings or flow that differ from the actual property. You are responsible for reviewing all media before you publish it, for keeping the labels and disclosures in place, and for following your MLS's rules on altered and virtually staged media.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
